In-Person Circles of Care
Purpose:
To strengthen and deepen relationships amongst women in the ecosystem.
Guidelines:
- Hosted at values-aligned locations and sister projects.
- Rooted in earth-wisdom and listening to place.
- Following the non-hierarchical structure of Circle traditions.
- Co-created by participants who share their skills, expertise, and passions.
- Enriched by guest facilitators, ranging from collaborative design experts to Indigenous Wisdom Keepers.
Our first Circle of Care is happening at Brave Earth, in Costa Rica, October 5-12th 2025.
This gathering will convene a Wisdom Council of 13 carefully selected women, and a few expert facilitators. Together, we will:
- Develop shared definitions of mutual support and collective care.
- Define priorities and practical pathways for action.
- Create guidelines for the emerging structure and establish a cultural foundation.
- Explore trust building and bridging cultural and ideological divides.
- Share perspectives, skills, and passions.

Our next Circles will happen in Oaxaca, Mexico and Santa Marta, Colombia in 2026.
Collaborative Online Ecosystem
Purpose:
A digital hub for connection, learning, sharing, and developing skills. It will live as a members portal that can be accessed through the Damiana website.
Features:
- Shared Resource Library: A ****repository of templates, tools, and multimedia content, co-created by members, for members.
- Workshops: Interactive sessions to share skills, expertise and wisdom. ****
- Membership Access: Curated through an application process to ensure values and mission alignment.
The first iteration of the ecosystem will be built on Circle and communication facilitated through Telegram channels.
