A female-led ecosystem designed to advance environmental action through mutual support.

Being in right relationship to the earth requires us to be in right relationship to self, and each other. Cultivating new ways of being and working together is essential to transitioning our cultural paradigm and creating meaningful impact. We must intentionally evolve from social conditioning based on individualism and competition into an embodied practice of inter-being, rooted in mutual support and collective care.

To be the connective tissue of the environmental movement.

The environmental movement is currently fragmented, with organizations working individually and not communicating with one another. This has resulted in a sense of overwhelming responsibility for leaders and inefficient use of collective time, energy and resources.

Through creating a collaborative online platform and facilitating in-person circles of care, Damiana aims to build bridges of trust and cooperation, create coherence, and enable more effective collective action.
